May we introduce: Alice Slyngstad. Emanating from their installative-performative practice the Norway-born artist has conceived a new work for the Kunstraum: Flare demure is a transmedia ensemble of sound, light, text, sculpture, and architecture that unfolds across the entire exhibition space and is coordinated by a specially programmed algorithm. Flare demure invites you on a trip into the ambiguous constructing no less than a heterotopia – a counterworld of sorts to our everyday reality. You’ll find more info on the show here.
On Thu, 05.09.2024, we warmly invite you to celebrate the opening of the eponymous exhibition with us – the artist’s first solo show in Austria.
