LIABILITY/RIGHTS

in the framework of the Open Call for the H13 Lower Austria Prize for Performance 

By taking part in the competition, participants accept the competition conditions and agree without reservation that all forms of legal recourse are excluded. Participants acknowledge that the organizers of the prize as well as their partners and representatives assume no liability for damages to the submission or damages caused by the submission. For all submitted materials (photographs, texts, and illustrations) and, if applicable, photographs and audio/video recordings of the realized winning performance, the participants grant Kunstraum Niederoesterreich free of charge the non-exclusive rights of use, unrestricted in terms of time, space, and content, to all copyrights and service protection rights. The rights of use are valid in the framework of the H13 Lower Austria Prize for Performance, including publication in printed matter, on the Internet, on storage mediums, and in related advertisements. If applicable, the registration of protection rights is the sole responsibility of the applicant. Furthermore, by taking part in the competition, participants confirm that no third party rights, in particular copyrights, are infringed and hold those responsible for the publication free and harmless from all third party claims. Legal recourse is excluded.
